Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Platform or enrolling in any program. By accessing the Platform or purchasing a course, cohort, or mentorship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Zikshaa Ventures ("Zikshaa", "we", "us"), a company operating from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform or enrol in any program. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. SERVICES

Zikshaa offers the following services through the Platform:

● Courses — self-paced learning programs with async mentor feedback

● Cohorts — structured, mentor-led group learning programs (currently: IGNITION, STACK, FORGE) with defined durations, live sessions, and assessed deliverables

● Mentorship Programs — 1:1 or group mentorship with assigned domain practitioners

● Community access — access to Zikshaa's learning community and resources

The content, format, duration, pricing, and availability of each program are as described on the relevant program page at the time of enrolment. Zikshaa reserves the right to modify program content to reflect current industry practices. Material changes that affect enrolled participants will be communicated with reasonable notice.

3. ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION

3.1 To enrol in a program, you must provide accurate and complete registration information including your full name, email address, and such other details as required by the specific program.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 If you provide false or misleading information, Zikshaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and enrolment without refund.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1 Program fees are as listed on the relevant program page at the time of enrolment. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Zikshaa does not store your payment card information. Your payment is subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

4.3 No-cost EMI options are facilitated through Razorpay's partner banking arrangements. Eligibility, terms, and interest-free period are governed by the issuing bank and Razorpay, not by Zikshaa.

4.4 Fees are non-transferable. You may not transfer your enrollment to another person.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

5.1 Courses (self-paced) You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this period, no refund will be issued.

5.2 Cohorts Given the small-batch, live nature of cohort programs, refunds are available as follows:

● Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the cohort start date

● 50% refund if you cancel 7–14 days before the cohort start date

● No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date or after the cohort has commenced

5.3 Mentorship Programs Monthly mentorship subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining period.

5.4 Placement Guarantee (applicable to Placement Plus tracks only) Where a placement guarantee is offered, the specific conditions, minimum CTC threshold, and the re-enrolment mechanism will be communicated in writing at the time of enrolment. The guarantee applies only where the participant has completed all required deliverables, attended the required percentage of live sessions, and completed the placement sprint as defined. Zikshaa's liability under the guarantee is limited to a re-enrolment in a subsequent batch at no additional cost. No cash refund is issued under the guarantee.

5.5 To initiate a refund, write to info@zikshaa.com with your full name, enrolled program, and reason. We will process eligible refunds within 10 working days.

6. PROGRAMME PARTICIPATION

6.1 You are expected to participate in good faith, submit deliverables by agreed timelines, and treat mentors and co-participants with respect.

6.2 Zikshaa reserves the right to remove any participant from a cohort or program for disruptive behaviour, harassment of mentors or other participants, academic dishonesty, or breach of these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.

6.3 Cohort sessions are recorded for the benefit of enrolled participants. Recordings may not be shared outside the program or reproduced in any form without Zikshaa's prior written consent.

6.4 You are required to produce original work for all deliverables. Submitting work produced by another person as your own, or submitting AI-generated content as original project work without acknowledgement, is prohibited and may result in disqualification from certification.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All content on the Platform — including curriculum materials, session recordings, course notes, slides, exercises, and software — is the property of Zikshaa Ventures or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

7.2 Upon enrolment, Zikshaa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the program content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

7.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Zikshaa content without prior written permission.

7.4 Work you produce as part of a program (your deliverables, projects, and portfolio items) remains your intellectual property. By enrolling, you grant Zikshaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reference your work anonymously as evidence of learning outcomes in our marketing and communications, unless you opt out in writing.

8. CERTIFICATES

8.1 On successful completion of a program (defined as completing the required deliverables and meeting the attendance criteria for that program), you will receive a Zikshaa completion certificate.

8.2 Certificates are issued to the name provided at the time of enrolment. Requests to amend names on issued certificates may be subject to a processing fee.

8.3 Zikshaa certificates are not academic degrees or diplomas. They represent a record of your participation in and completion of a Zikshaa program.

9. DISCLAIMERS

9.1 Zikshaa programs are designed to develop specific technical and professional skills. We do not guarantee employment, a specific salary outcome, or that skills developed in our programs will make you suitable for any particular role.

9.2 Placement guarantees, where offered, are subject to the specific conditions described in Section 5.4 and in the program-specific agreement provided at enrolment. They do not constitute a general guarantee of employment.

9.3 Mentor availability may vary. Where an assigned mentor is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Zikshaa's control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement.

9.4 The Platform is provided "as is". Zikshaa does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zikshaa's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Zikshaa in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Zikshaa is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of income or employment opportunities; or losses arising from your reliance on program content for professional or commercial decisions.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zikshaa, its officers, employees, and mentors from any claim, loss, or damage arising from: your breach of these Terms; your misuse of the Platform; your infringement of any third-party rights; or any false information you provided at enrolment.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by writing to us at info@zikshaa.com. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days.

13. AMENDMENTS

Zikshaa may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
