We conduct workshops, boot camps, career-counselling, and do provide certifications to aspiring technocrats all across India via a good delivery network of educators, trainers, and renowned mentors.
The taste of defeat and the year of a learning. Delhi’s summer is quite harsh and added to this was the failure of a car for which is the result of your last one year of sweat and dedication. Defeat do happen for various reasons considering a student’s motorsports event. One among this is the skills and dedication of your fellow team mates.
An experience makes a man. Learning from the last mistakes and rectifying them was the key goal for this year. Yes we did clear the first hurdle but we were out of the event even before competing which is the main motto of these events. But what we gained from these three years of sleepless nights mixed with dedication, hard work and sweat? The passion we had within us!
We formed a small group of student motorsports enthusiasts and started giving mentorships to our juniors and various first timer teams for free. In India, the student motorsports culture is at its peak presently and every year many teams are starting out their journey to learn something beyond the academics.
Zikshaa was born out of the common passion that we shared to mentor students and help them out. Now mentorship is the most serious issue in a country like India where the college students don’t have any idea of the industry requirements. Zikshaa provides free mentorship to the students and job seekers from the industry experts. Over the period of time we started providing skill based trainings in the form of online courses designed by these industrial experts and have implemented the project-based learnings into the same. With a group of young enthusiastic mentors from the industry and a having impacted thousands of mentees in this journey, Zikshaa strives to be the largest community of technical mentors and mentees in the country and provide quality and affordable industry-relevant skill training at an affordable cost.
